On December 15, 2025, a Regular December Dividend in the amount of $3.73 per share will be distributed to each Shareholder. For example, a Shareholder with 100 shares will receive $373.

Regular December Distributions will be mailed or directly deposited on December 15, 2025 to the mailing address or bank account on record as of the Record Date Deadline of 4 p.m. AKT, December 1, 2025. You can update your records prior to the Record Date (4 p.m., Dec. 1), including mailing address and direct deposit enrollment, online through the Shareholder Portal via the "About Me" tab.
