Board Candidate Applications Due: 4 p.m. AKDT, Tuesday, April 15, 2025
The 2025 MTNT Annual Shareholders Meeting will be held Summer 2025 in McGrath. The Annual Meeting is held to:
- Elect three (3) Directors to serve on the Board for (3) three-year terms, expiring at the Annual Meeting in 2028;
- Hear reports of MTNT operations; and
- Transact such other business as may be properly brought before the Annual Meeting or any adjournment thereof.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS VACANCIES AND ELIGIBILITY
MTNT is currently accepting Candidate and Director Applications for the 2025 Board of Directors Election. To run for the MTNT Board of Directors, a completed application must be received by MTNT by 4:00 p.m. AKDT, Tuesday, April 15, 2025.
The three (3) seats available on the MTNT Board of Directors in the 2025 Elections are:
One (1) Takotna Mandatory Seat
One (1) Telida Mandatory Seat
One (1) At-Large Seat

Mandatory/At-Large Representation: Please note that every candidate for election to the Board shall declare whether he or she is applying for election to a Mandatory Seat or an At-Large Seat. A nominee may not declare that he or she is running for more than one (1) seat. Only a Shareholder who was originally enrolled to the village of the Mandatory Seat or a Shareholder that is a descendant of someone originally enrolled to the village may be nominated to that village’s Mandatory Seat.
